Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to addresses throughout the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on orders that meet our free-shipping threshold. Shipping fees for orders below the free-shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at service@opet.ltd and provide your order number. We will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving the issue.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. OPET is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
